  • Pages visited and browsing duration
  • Referrer (the page you arrived from)

We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (health, political opinions, ethnic origin, etc.).

  • Responding to your contact requests and issuing quotations. Lawful basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

4. Recipients of the data

Your personal data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties. It may only be shared with the following service providers as part of the performance of our services:

  • Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) for data hosting
  • Our professional email tool for handling contact requests

These providers are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality and security of your data.

5. Retention period

  • Contact data and enquiries: 3 years from the last contact, then archived to meet legal obligations (5 years)
  • Customer data: duration of the contractual relationship + 5 years
  • Browsing data: 13 months maximum
  • Commercial prospecting data: 3 years from the collection of consent or from the last contact

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of the data relating to you
  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)

7. Cookies and trackers

This website uses a minimal number of cookies, strictly necessary for its proper operation. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking.

  • Session cookies: temporary, deleted when the browser is closed, required for the contact form to work
  • User preferences: storing your browsing choices

In accordance with the CNIL's recommendations, these cookies do not require prior consent as they are strictly necessary.
